We were in the market for an investment/vacation property around Table Rock Lake. Trina was very responsive and knowledgeable. She also went above and beyond several times, by checking out properties for us, when we couldn't get to town, and sending us pictures and videos. She would also do FaceTime calls and show us live videos. Once we found "the property" she took care of everything, from scheduling all the needed inspections and even meeting the inspectors at the property. When my father died several years ago, my 88-year-old mother was left alone in Missouri. She loves Missouri and wants to stay there despite no other family living there. After many discussions with her, I was able to convince her to sell her home for a home better suited for her. As I live in Seattle, I knew that I wanted a Realtor whom I could trust, and who had the experience and background needed given the situation. After investigating on-line, I came up with a short list of agents, and after speaking with them, I felt that Trina was the best fit for what I needed and what my mom needed: caring, knowledgeable, and a keen sense of the housing market of the area. She really took her time speaking with my mom, and really took into consideration how hard this move was for her - after all, my parents lived in the house for over 20-yeasrs. Additionally, she adds her element of expertise as a Realtor and provided insight and resources to me about different aspects of the move. She was also a great resource to me in my prioritizing what areas of the house needed updating/fixing in order to be ready before we put it on sale. Speaking to Trina, she was able to understand the different intricacies of working with my mother and working with me (the son who lived in a different state). Meeting her in person, it was such a relief to know that my mother was in good hands, she would be communicative and that she really knew her profession. My other also enjoyed working with Trina, and she speaks highly of her. To this day, my mother still contacts Trina (apparently on a regular basis) to ask her things about the house or other non-house-related issues. I don't know if Trina knew she was going to get a BFF in my mom! Ha ha! Thank you so much Trina! A great Realtor to work with!
